Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using www.thewhitetiffin.com (“the Site”) operated by The White Tiffin Pte Ltd (“The White Tiffin”, “Company”, “us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at www.thewhitetiffin.com


By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Accuracy of Information on the Site

We do our best to ensure that information on the Site is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, however, information on the Site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. All products, descriptions, availability and prices of products on the Site are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
The inclusion of any products or services on the Site at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

 

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by The White Tiffin Pte Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Ordering, Pricing, Payment

  • The different stages of ordering, breakdown of pricing, and order details, are made easily available to the user throughout the whole online ordering process. As a result, the opportunity to correct errors before the confirmation of order may be done with great ease. A submission of order from the customer indicates the users acceptance. Prior to order confirmation, there will be no allowance for amendments, refunds, or discounts. The confirmed order is seen only as a confirmed contract when the Site or the Company accepts the order. The Site or Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse a made and paid order without due reason.

  • Online payments are secure and made through payment gateways PayPal or Stripe. Customers may choose to pay via their debit cards, credit cards, or PayPal account. The customer accepts that the order amount will be debited from his or her account immediately.

  • The Site aims to provide you with accurate and up-to-date pricing, product and promotional information. However, errors may sometimes occur and we do not guarantee that the pricing, images or other product or promotional information provided will be error-free, updated or complete. You agree that the Company and Site shall not be liable for any errors in the pricing and product or promotional information listed on our Site. The price to be paid by you shall be based on our prevailing selling price at the time we receive your order, which may or may not be correctly reflected on the Site.

  • Our Site contains a large number of Products, and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our Site we might at our discretion decide to honour the lower (incorrect) price or either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

  • Payment for all orders shall be made in Singapore dollars.

  • By placing your order, you authorise us to transmit information or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time and this may include verification checks involving your debit or credit card number or credit reports in order to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation, to protect you and us from fraud, and to enable us to arrange delivery of your order to your nominated delivery address.

 

Self Collection

  • Self-Collection option is only available at Woods Square or Changi City Point outlet. 

  • Payment must be made in full for an order slot to be successfully reserved and confirmed.

  • All collections must be made between 11:30am to 8:00pm of the date and time chosen. Food orders not collected by closing time will be discarded and refund requests will not be entertained. 

  • The person collecting the food orders/items, including couriers engaged by the person who ordered the Food items, is wholly responsible for checking that the order specifications received are correct and in good condition. Subsequent disputes regarding to the food order or incorrect order items, will not be entertained if not raised to our staff at the time of collection. 

  • We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs after the items have left our premises. 

  • All changes to collection date and time must be made at least 1 DAY before date of collection. Last minute changes.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be entertained if the orders are not collected on the agreed date and time. 

  • All orders are to be self-collected at the selected location with printed/digital email confirmation as proof of purchase.

Delivery

  • Delivery Hour:11:30 am to 8:00 pm. 

  • Delivery slots are subjected to availability.

  • Payment must be made in full for an order slot to be successfully reserved and confirmed. 

  • The final order total (after discount) must be above $150 per location (same day delivery) to qualify for free delivery. Orders utilising discount codes which result in the final order total dropping below $150 will not be entitled to free delivery. 

  • We reserve the right to impose delivery charge for order with different delivery dates/locations.

  • The Company will try in its absolute power to deliver the products to Your delivery address within the delivery time frame selected by you but does not and cannot guarantee that the delivery time frames will be met as there may be factors outside of our control which may result in early or delayed deliveries. You agree that the Company and Website shall not be liable for any deliveries made outside the delivery time frame.

  • Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. The White Tiffin will not be liable for any charges made due to customers' oversight. 

  • Any requested changes from a Self Collection to a Delivery is subjected to the availability of our couriers.

  • Re-delivery due to failed delivery will be charged at S$25 per delivery. The customer agrees that all information input on our Site is accurate and correct.

  • Where You specifically instruct the Site and Company to leave Your delivery outside the door of the specific delivery address, or not to be received by any representative individual, the customer shall be at your sole risk and you accept all liability and risk of loss, theft and damage.

  • Delivery will be via courier and may require being signed for upon receipt. You bear the risk once delivery of the Products has been signed for.

  • To ensure the safety of our drivers, delivery may be affected and delayed due to bad weather, traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. 

  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the Products or any related services is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.

  • If there is any damaged, spoilt, or incorrect dish (including delivery of additional product(s) not order by You), please contact us within 24 hours. You will allow the Company at its sole discretion, will offer a replacement or refund of the damaged or incorrect products(s), or arrange for the re-delivery, collections and/or return of the incorrect product(s).

  • If there is an issue with the Food Items such as a missing item, wrong item, please email/submit contact form/call immediately so that we can provide assistance.

Exchange / Refund / Cancellation Policy

  • The White Tiffin has a strict no refund/return policy.

  • Cancellation Notice: 3 working days. 

  • Late Cancellation Charge: 2 working days before - 50 % of the total amount payable will be charged to the client. 

  • All deposit collected is strictly non-refundable. (applicable for all orders)

  • An administrative fee of $100 is applicable and to be borne by the client to process the refund upon customer's withdrawl of the even booking once prepayment has been made. 

  • No refunds will be made if the order cancellation is made on the event date itself or 1 working day before.

  • Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by The White Tiffin.

 

  • The White Tiffin  has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.

 

Disclaimer Of Warranties; Limitation Of Liability

  • We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

  • We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

  • You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

  • You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The White Tiffin Pte Ltd and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Governing Law

This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

You can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time at this page.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
