THE WHITE TIFFIN'S TERMS & CONDITIONS

 
1. Acceptance of Terms
 
By using www.thewhitetiffin.com ("the Site") operated by The White Tiffin Pte Ltd ("The White Tiffin," "Company," "us," "we," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 
 
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Site. 
2. Accuracy of Information on the Site
2.1 We strive to ensure that information on the Site is complete, accurate, and current. 
2.2 Despite our efforts, information may be occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
2.3 Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change without notice. 
3. Intellectual Property 
3.1 The Site's content, features, and functionality are owned by The White Tiffin Pte Ltd and protected by international intellectual property laws. 
4. Privacy and Data Protection

5. Ordering, Pricing, Payment
5.1 Stages of ordering, pricing breakdown, and order details are available during the online ordering process. 
5.2 Orders are confirmed only upon acceptance by the Site or the Company.
5.3 Payment Methods:
  • Online Payments: Secure online payments can be made through Paypal or Stripe. Customers may use their debit cards, credit cards, or PayPal account. The order amount will be debited immediately. 
  • PayNow: Customers may pay via PayNow using the provided UEN PayNow number (UEN: 202108276G - The White Tiffin Pte. Ltd.). A payment screenshot must be submitted to sales@thewhitetiffin.com or WhatsApp to +6583094349 for verification. Orders will be confirmed upon successful verification.
  • Bank Transfer: For bank transfer, use the provided bank account details. The order amount should be transferred promptly to the specified bank account. A payment screenshot must be submitted to sales@thewhitetiffin.com or WhatsApp to +6583094349 for verification. Orders will be confirmed upon successful verification.
5.4 Pricing, product, and promotional information may contain errors; the Company is not liable for inaccuracies. 
5.5 Prices are in Singapore dollars only; by placing an order, you authorize necessary information checks. 
6. Self Collection
6.1 Self-Collection is available at specified outlets.
6.2 Payment in full reserves and confirms an order slot. 
6.3 Collections must be made during specified hours; uncollected orders will not be refunded. 
6.4 The customer is responsible for order inspection at collection; disputes must be raised on the spot. 
7. Delivery 
7.1 Delivery hours are from 9:00 AM to 8:00PM.
7.2 Delivery Charges:
  • Delivery charges may vary based on the order total and delivery location. Please refer to the delivery fee information provided during the checkout process. 
  • Orders with a total amount above $500 for a single location will qualify for free delivery, unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to impose a delivery charge for orders with different delivery dates/locations, unless stated otherwise.
7.3 The Company will try its absolute power to deliver the products to Your delivery address within the delivery time frame selected by you but does not and cannot guarantee that the delivery time frames will be met as there may be factors outside of our control which may result in early or delayed deliveries. You agree that the Company and Website shall not be liable for any deliveries made outside of the delivery time frame. 
7.5 Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. The White Tiffin will not be liable for any charges made due to customers' oversight. 
7.6 Any requested changes from a Self Collection to a Delivery are subjected to the availability of our couriers. 
7.6 Re-delivery due to failed delivery (e.g., incomplete address, recipient not available) will be charged at S$30 per delivery. The customers agrees that all information input on our Site is accurate and correct. 
7.7 Where You specifically instruct the Site and Company to leave Your delivery outside the door of the specific delivery address, or not to be received by any representative individual, the customer shall be at your sole risk and you accept all liability and risk of loss, theft and damage. 
7.8 Delivery will be via courier and may require being signed for upon receipt. You bear the risk once delivery of the Products has been signed for. 
7.9 To ensure the safety of our drivers, delivery may be affected and delayed due to bad weather, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. 
7.10 We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the Products or any related services is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know, and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. 
7.11 If there is any damaged, spoilt, or incorrect dish (including delivery of additional product(s) not ordered by You), please contact us within 24 hours. You will allow the Company at is sole discretion, will offer a replacement or refund of the damaged or incorrect product(s), or arrange for the re-delivery, collections, and/or return for the incorrect product(s). 
7.12 If there is an issue with the Food Items such as a missing item, wrong item, please email/submit contact form/WhatsAoo immediately so that we can provide assistance. 
8. Exchange / Refund / Cancellation Policy
8.1 No refund / return policy: We do not offer refunds or returns. All sales are final.
8.2 Cancellation notice: Cancellations must be notified three working days in advance. 
8.2 Late cancellation charges:
Cancellations made: 
  • Three working days before the event: 50% of the total amount payable
  • Two working days before the event: 70% of the total amount payable
  • One working day before the event: 100% of the total amount payable
8.4 Deposit policy: All deposits colelcted are strictly non-refundable and applicable to all orders. 
8.3 Administrative fee: An administrative fee of $100 will be charged to the client for event booking withdrawals after prepayment. 
8.4 Same-day cancellations: No refunds will be made for cancellations on the event date itself or one working day before. 
9. Links to Other Sites
9.1 The Site may contain links to third-party sites. The White Tiffin is not responsible for their content or polices. Please review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party site that you visit.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitations of Liability
10.1 Use of the service is at your sole risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service. 
10.2 Products and services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties or conditions. The Company does not make any warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of content available or through the service.
11. Indemnification 
11. You agree to indemnify and hold The White Tiffin Pte Ltd harmless from any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your violation of any laws or the rights of a third-party.
12. Governing Law
12.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
12.2 Alterative Dispute Resolution:
  • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to explore alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods before resorting to litigation.
  • ADR methods may include negotiation, mediation, or arbitration. 
  • If the dispute is not resolved through ADR within a reasonable period, either party may initiate legal proceedings. 
12.3 Choice of ADR Provider:
  • If arbitration is chosen as the ADR method, the parties agree to mutually select a recognized arbitration service or arbitrator in Singapore. 
  • The decision of the chosen arbitrator or arbitration service shall be final and binding on both parties. 
12.4 Costs of ADR: 
  • Each party shall bear its own costs associated with the ADR process unless otherwise agreed. 
12.5 Exception:
  • Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief or any other equitable remedy from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm or maintain the status quo. 
13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
13.1 We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at our discretion. 
13.2 Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
